KADARO terms of purchase

This document is an offer to enter into a contract for the purchase of digital goods and services through www.kadaro.io, kadaro.store, the @KADARO_App_bot Telegram bot and KADARO Mini App.

The seller is Ivashchenko Aleksandr, a private individual permanently residing in Thailand who operates KADARO (the “Seller”).

The Buyer accepts the offer by confirming and paying for an order. Before payment, the Buyer must check the description, region, validity period, compatibility, final amount and payment currency, and refund rules.

Product characteristics, usage territory, restrictions and validity periods are specified on the product page. Mentioning a third-party brand does not imply official representation of its rights holder unless expressly stated.

• Gift cards and codes for App Store, iTunes, Steam, PlayStation, Xbox and other platforms.
• Game top-ups and digital goods for Roblox, Minecraft and other games.
• Digital subscriptions and services, including Spotify and Netflix.
• eSIM plans for countries and regions.
• VPN subscriptions and activation details.
• Other digital products listed in the catalog.

Catalog prices may be displayed in rubles. Available payment methods are shown when placing an order. The final amount and payment currency are shown before the order is confirmed.

Payment is complete after the system confirms payment and records the order as paid. Opening a payment link or submitting a payment instruction does not by itself confirm payment.

A purchase may require signing in through Telegram or another available method and creating a KADARO account. The user is responsible for protecting PINs, passwords, verification codes and access to Telegram and other accounts they use. If the service provides an internal balance, its use is governed by the terms shown in the KADARO interface. An internal balance is not a deposit or investment product and does not earn interest.

The Buyer selects a product, checks region and compatibility, enters correct details and confirms the final amount and payment currency.

Delivery is handled automatically through the order interface and suppliers, or manually by support. Most automated products are delivered within a few minutes; some products may take up to 24 hours, or up to 72 hours in case of technical delays.

An order is fulfilled when the code, eSIM details, VPN configuration, game top-up confirmation or other result specified on the product page has been provided.

Once a digital code has been revealed, an eSIM or VPN activated, a game top-up completed, or another digital product fully delivered, it generally cannot be returned.

Refunds are possible if an order cannot be fulfilled, there is an erroneous duplicate charge or a confirmed technical error, or an order is cancelled before submission to the supplier.

An approved refund is made using a method agreed with support and technically available for the relevant payment. Timing and procedure are defined in the refund policy. Actual expenses incurred may not be refunded unless applicable law requires otherwise.

• For eSIM, the Buyer checks device support, coverage, data allowance and plan validity.
• VPN use must comply with the laws of the Buyer’s country.
• For gift cards, games and subscriptions, the Buyer checks account region and platform rules.

KADARO is not responsible for:

• Errors in details provided by the Buyer.
• Failures of payment systems, Telegram, telecom operator, gaming platform or supplier.
• Changes in third-party service rules, restrictions or availability.
• Loss of access caused by sharing codes, passwords or accounts with third parties.

To investigate an order, provide its number, a description of the problem and supporting evidence. An initial response is usually provided within 24 hours.

The law of the Seller’s country of permanent residence applies unless mandatory rules applicable to a particular Buyer require otherwise.
